CADDO COTTAGE 573 Edgewood Drive (501) 865-2209 E-Mail.pat@hsccs.org Our cottage, along with our residence, is all that is on a 30-acre tract of land surrounded on 3 sides by U.S. Army Corps Of Engineering property to keep us from being too close to the lake. We have one 2 bedroom cottage with a queen and double bed in each room that will accomodate up to 8. There is a large living room and kitchen with a full size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes silverware, pots, pans, etc. The living room has a TV w/satellite, stereo, and VCR. The large under roof deck has a picnic table, porch swing, several benches and a charcoal grill. The kids will love the unusual playground equipment. If you like the quiet outdoors, this is for you. Swim beach and boat ramp area right next door at Caddo Drive. Our rates are exceptional at $75 for a single or couple, then just $5 per person over that. We offer 7 nights for the price of 6.
